Role summary:
As a Registered Manager, you will lead the team at Jasmine Mother and Child on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the smooth and safe running of the residential family service.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, particularly Ofsted regulations.
We will offer support with the Ofsted registration and interview process.

About the Trevi service
Jasmine Mother & Child Family Residential Centre is a CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre. Women can access pregnancy stabilisation support, or live with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures. The service provides structured support and parenting assessments, helping mothers stabilise, stay in recovery and strengthen safe relationships with their children.
About the role:
This role focuses on providing a safe, structured setting where risks can be understood properly, support can be put in place, and parenting capacity can be assessed with the child’s safety at the centre.
The successful candidate will also manage the pregnancy stabilisation pathway giving women the chance to engage early, reduce risk, and begin building stability in a supported setting.
What you will do:
- You must meet Ofsted Registered Manager status requirements. You will have a good understanding of regulatory standards. You will liaise and cooperate with both regulators and be aware of relevant documentation.
- You will establish positive relationships and maintain effective communication with women, their children, and other involved professionals in their care while developing and implementing individually tailored care and support plans that respect and uphold the dignity and privacy of families living at Jasmine.
- Understand Safeguarding issues and the ability to respond appropriately to any concerns
- Model and maintain a trauma responsive workforce
- Maintain optimal occupancy
What you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years' residential childcare experience within the last 5 years
- At least 1 year must be in a supervisory capacity
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is required, or working towards or prepared to work towards within 6 months of appointment
- Or a relevant Health Care & Professions Council or Social Work England registration
- Sound working knowledge of Ofsted and current legislation.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with commissioners, funders, women using our services and a multi-disciplinary staff team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
