Senior Sales/Lettings Valuer / Lister

We are a growing independent estate agency in Truro looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Valuer / Lister to join our successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships, and being part of a positive, energetic office culture.
You will play a key role in continuing the growth of our sales department, with a strong focus on generating valuations, winning new business, and driving sales performance.
The Role
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
- Building relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Working closely with the wider sales and lettings teams
- Helping grow the agency’s market presence
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ estate agency experience
- Valuation/listing experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence required
- Good IT skills
- Propertymark Level 3 - Lettings and Property Management

Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 10am – 2pm
