helped locals and visitors to our island celebrate special moments with pearl jewellery and beautiful
food. We are looking for a new Assistant Chef for our much-loved Jersey Pearl café in St. Ouen.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for the hands-on delivery of consistent, delicious, modern café style food – covering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
- You will work with our Head Chef to develop dishes for our seasonal menus and specials.
- Responsible for the HAACP and Eat Safe ratings
