Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records to support individualized learning plans
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment
- Support the implementation of early childhood education frameworks and curriculum standards
- Manage daily routines such as mealtimes, naps, playtimes, and transitions smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Hold a valid Level 3 Nursery Nurse qualification or equivalent in early childhood education
- Demonstrate experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Possess strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and team members effectively
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English to foster positive interactions with children, parents, and colleagues
- Show a genuine passion for childcare, early childhood development, and creating enriching learning experiences
- Be adaptable with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license is preferred for roles involving travel between nursery sites or community outreach activities
