We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to join our flagship Maidstone office.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a busy, established lettings operation, working from a prominent town-centre office alongside a brilliant, experienced team.
Operating in one of Kent’s most competitive property markets, we’re looking for someone who thrives on results, knows how to win business and has the drive to keep us at the top.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the lettings performance within the branch, with a strong existing platform to build from. From building landlord relationships to driving activity, developing the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong residential lettings experience
- Is confident building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Is commercially minded and motivated by results
- Can lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Has excellent knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation
- Thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
- Wants to build their career within a successful and established property business
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own car for business use
You’ll be joining an established operation with a strong presence in the town, giving you an excellent platform to build on and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.
