The Role
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
- Ensure excellent stock control and timely replenishment of parts.
- Source and order parts efficiently while negotiating competitive supplier pricing.
- Support the workshop and service departments with accurate parts identification.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to maintain an efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth departmental administration.
- Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve departmental targets.
About You
- Previous automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor or Aftersales experience.
- Main dealer experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
- Experience with Kerridge/Keyloop would be advantageous.
- Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a desire to develop and progress your career.
