We’re looking for an experienced people leader to join our Sales team as a Team Leader.
You’ll have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve targets and objectives, while maintaining high levels of quality, compliance and customer service.
As a leader, you’ll be a true people person who brings out the best in your team. You will mentor and support colleagues to drive improved sales, retention and operational efficiency, providing regular coaching and development. You will also lead team meetings and feedback sessions to ensure performance, quality and engagement remain high.
Previous experience in people management is essential for this role.

Education / Qualifications
GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent); Computer literate (Essential)
Experience and Knowledge
Experience of managing a team
Proven sales experience;
Experience of working to targets
Previous customer service experience;
Experience in a fast paced target driven environment
Experience of regulated products; Non‑advised/advised selling; Financial/insurance experience (Desirable)
