Job Position: Host/Hostess
Role: Full Time, night shifts
Pay: 13.50 + service charge
Location: Canary Wharf, E14 4QT
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain an organised waiting list during busy periods, ensuring timely seating.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Ensure the entrance and dining area are clean and welcoming at all times.
- Help resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
