Duties
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and style preferences
- Provide consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and educate clients on aftercare routines
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with front desk staff to optimize client flow
- Upsell additional beauty services such as facial and lash lift ( we will train you)
- Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, special offers, and new trends
- Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a friendly, attentive, and personalized experience at all timesExperience
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application
- Strong management skills to handle appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Prior experience in social media management to help grow the salon’s online presence
- Background in customer service within hospitality or beauty environments is highly desirable
- Ability to perform additional services like facial ( we will train you)
