Office day hours: Twice a month (Office based in Grimsby)
Salary: £24,079 - £27,319 (plus on call average £1,360 per year)

The Role
As a Travel Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by arranging and managing their travel and accommodation requirements.
You will create tailored travel itineraries that meet client policies, budgets, and deadlines while ensuring every booking is accurate, efficient, and cost‑effective.
This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for client travel requests via phone, email, and our online platform
· Create and manage travel bookings including Hotels and Self-catering accommodation, Flights, Rail, Car Hire and Ferries.
· Source the most cost‑effective and practical travel options
· Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies
· Provide proactive travel advice and solutions
· Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
· Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure exceptional service levels
· As part of the team, you will participate in an on-call rota approximately once every 14 weeks, covering 9:00am–2:00pm weekend shifts and a Monday–Sunday on-call period on rotation. All on-call duties are paid in addition to your salary

Salary & Working Hours
- £24,079 - £27,319 (plus on call average £1,360 per year)
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:30 pm
- 45‑minute lunch break and two 15‑minute breaks
