We are currently recruiting for:
- Band C – 11–16 hours per week
- Availability required:
- Sundays
- Mondays
- Tuesdays (half days)Applicants must:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be fully confident in full face threading
- Have a good level of English
- Be available to start ASAP
LVL and Brow Lamination experience would be an advantage, however not essential.
The successful candidate will work to the highest standards while offering exceptional customer service. Applicants must be flexible to work evenings and weekends where required.
The main purpose of this role is to offer exceptional brow and threading services while providing the highest level of customer service and helping drive sales and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Nossa Beauty Liffey Valley.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed and dedicated to driving the business forward, with experience working in a fast-paced retail and service environment.
Primary Duties
- To ensure daily/weekly sales targets are set and achieved
- To offer brow tinting, lip, chin and full face threading services with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Ensure 5-star customer service is delivered at all times to create an amazing customer experience
- LVL and Brow Lamination experience would be advantageous
- An advantage would include nail technician training and services including manicure/pedicure, gel polish, BIAB and extensions
- Managing diary efficiently and to timings
- Achieve booking, rebooking rates and KPIs set by counter managers
- Create awareness of additional services and ensure they are offered to customers
- Recognise and compliment examples of service excellence
- Be aware of and observe all company policies and procedures
- Consult with Head Office in relation to stock holding and ensuring stations have the required stock to carry out all services
- Ensure stocktaking is organised and prepared on time and in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with any other duties required by senior management
- Represent the Company’s interests with all internal and external interactions
- Observe confidentiality in respect of Company activities
