Responsibilities
- Supervise and support retail staff in their daily tasks to ensure high standards of customer service
- Manage inventory levels, including merchandising and stock management
- Train and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing store layout
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in time management and organisational skills
- Experience in merchandising and sales management is an advantage
- Administrative experience is beneficial for handling operational tasks
