We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager who loves being in the thick of it and can keep a cool head when the pressure is on. You’ll be right at the heart of the action helping lead the team, keeping service moving, jumping in wherever you’re needed and making sure our high standards never slip, even when its rammed.
This is a role for someone who thrives on a busy environment rather than someone who wants to sit on the sidelines. You’ll need energy, pace, initiative and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support staff, and ensure every customer has an excellent experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality setting and brings the energy!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and train team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive sales and maximising profitability
- Assist with staff scheduling and rotas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, proactive attitude

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
