Food and Beverage Manager
We are currently looking for a committed Food and Beverage Manger to join our award winning team.
Managing the Food and Beverage department and coordinating our existing team, you will manage the smooth running of the restaurant, and overseeing the bar and conferences. Training and development of new and current staff. A good knowledge of budgets, managing people and People Systems would be advantageous. Alongside managing the Food and Beverage department, you will be expected to work in a Duty Manager capacity on selected shifts.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for the Hospitality industry.
- Be able to work independently to a high standard of customer service.
- Be experienced in training and recruitment.
- Be experienced in the running of restaurants and bars.
- Be looking to further their career in an award winning hotel.
- Have the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of individuals.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
