About You
Deliver commercial certainty. Drive value. Shape successful developments.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership across the development lifecycle, driving cost certainty, value creation and successful project outcomes.

You will understand how design, procurement and construction decisions influence programme, cost, risk and profitability, with experience of Housing Associations, affordable housing or Joint Venture partnerships viewed favourably.
Confident leading tender processes, negotiating subcontract agreements and developing strong supply chain relationships, you'll produce accurate budgets and forecasts, manage commercial risk, control variations and identify value engineering opportunities that improve project performance while protecting commercial outcomes.
A credible and collaborative communicator, you'll build effective relationships with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and external partners, using sound commercial judgement and a proactive approach to influence successful project delivery.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited discipline is desirable, together with a valid CSCS card. Professional membership of RICS, or progress towards chartership, would be advantageous.
