Trainee / Apprentice Fishmonger
Glen Fisheries, Hayfield Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy.
Glen Fisheries are a local business in Kirkcaldy supplying fish to various restaurants, shops and cafes. We are now looking to recruit a trainee to work within our company. This position will be based on a 40hour working week from Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities will also be available.
Successful candidate will be provided training in house from our experienced workers to learn all aspects of job. This will include working with machines, filleting process and packing of products whilst keeping a clean and safe workplace. Training also provided to complete relevant paperwork.
Our ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who is keen to learn and develop themselves to complete all aspects of job.
A good level of physical fitness is required, and you must be willing to work in a chilled environment.
The normal hours of work are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities also available and stated previously.
