Intelligent Repairs is looking for an experienced Domestic Gas & Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team.
We’re part of the ELCKB Group, supporting one of the largest privately managed residential property portfolios in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

About the Role
You’ll carry out a mixture of domestic gas and plumbing work across our managed residential portfolio, including:
· Boiler servicing
· Boiler diagnostics and repairs
· Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
· Heating fault diagnosis
· Radiator repairs and replacements
· Heating controls and thermostats
· General plumbing repairs
· Leaking pipes
· Taps and toilets
· Showers
· Hot water cylinders
· Minor property maintenance associated with plumbing and heating
Our engineers generally complete between four and six jobs per day, allowing sufficient time to carry out work properly rather than rushing from job to job.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
· Is Gas Safe Registered
· Has experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers
· Has good domestic plumbing experience
· Enjoys fault finding and problem solving
· Takes pride in producing quality work
· Is organised, reliable and professional
· Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience across manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Vaillant, Baxi, Glow-worm, Viessmann and Alpha would be beneficial but is not essential.
