Join our Intermediate Care Service and support service users across the Isle of Man as they recover from illness, surgery or accidents in their own homes. You'll work alongside families and healthcare professionals, encouraging people to achieve their goals, build confidence and enjoy the best possible quality of life. No previous experience is required, as we'll provide full training, support and development to help you build a rewarding career in care.

Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year (not available for casual role).
Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement (not available for casual role).
