Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, documents, and records both physically and digitally
- Performing data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handling administrative enquiries efficiently and courteously
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
- Managing email communications and responding promptly to internal and external queries
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
