Hoey Parks are currently recruiting for experienced and driven Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work in the Cockermouth and Workington areas
Responsibilities and duties as our Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- To work as part of a small team, maintaining grounds for our parks.
- Undertake grass cutting and strimming
- Planting and landscaping
- Hedge and shrub maintenance
- Weeding and litter picking
- Turfing
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Handyman skills desirable
Key requirements, qualifications and skills required by our Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
This is a full time position with opportunity for progression for the right candidate.
3 months probation period on a self-employed basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Pay: From £13.75 per hour
