Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in both the bar and kitchen areas, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your energy, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will help us maintain our reputation as a top local destination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and kitchen areas throughout your shift
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in bar or kitchen roles within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Good basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
