We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate health care assistants in joining our clients state of the art friendly care home!
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide essential support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility and transfer, using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure their safety.
- Act in support of senior carers and management team.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs.
