Over the last 15 years Shining Diamonds has grown from a small website based company to one of a leading fine diamond jewellery company. The brand is part of a large & strong jewellery group company, with several locations in, Brighton, London Hatton Garden, Birmingham and up and down the country.
We have a store in Brighton and are looking for a Luxury Sales consultant who can provide an excellent level of customer service within a busy retail environment.
With many of our clients choosing diamond jewellery, it will be your responsibility to ensure we guide them to their desired item providing all the advice they require along the way.
About the Role:
- Handle phone sales queries and Whatsapp queries .
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our prospective clients during their time in our showroom.
- Ensure that the store and all products are kept presentable at all times.
- Liaise with the manufacturing team & workshop to ensure orders are manufactured on time
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Approach customers at the window.
- Email correspondence to close sales post initial meeting.
- You’ll get to work with stunning pieces of Diamond Jewellery.
- You will be trained and guided to understand various aspects of diamonds and jewellery.
- The candidate must be well motivated, well presented and above all deliver top customer service.

Experience within the retail sector is necessary.
Experience within the jewellery sector is ideal.
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per month
