Bodyshop Multiskilled Operative
Location: Eastleigh Preparation Centre
Salary: OTE £40,000 with achieved bonus and overtime!
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm plus overtime
We’re looking for a Bodyshop Multiskilled Operative to join our Preparation Centre team. This is a hands-on role covering multiple Bodyshop disciplines, supporting daily production targets and ensuring vehicles meet our high preparation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out multi-disciplined Bodyshop work including:
- Panel preparation
- Priming
- Strip and refit
- Fresh paint polishing
- Work in line with HSE regulations and Carsa Health & Safety policies
- Ensure all vehicles meet required preparation standards following repair

- Experience working in a Bodyshop or vehicle preparation environment
- Ability to work across multiple repair and preparation disciplines
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- A team-focused, reliable approach to work
- Commitment to health & safety best practices
