THE ROLE
We are looking for a Waiter or Waitress who understands that hospitality is not about taking orders — it is about making people feel welcome, looked after and glad they came.
You will be the face of Bobo & Wild. The first person guests see.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Greet every guest — day or night — with a warmth that makes them feel instantly at home
— Bring our menu to life with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm — our food has a story, you tell it
— Own your section completely — whatever the number of tables, you know exactly what is happening at every one of them
— Communicate clearly with your team so service runs seamlessly and nothing gets missed
— Handle allergen queries correctly, confidently and without shortcuts — every single time
— Upsell naturally — recommend what you love, not what you are told to push
— Keep the floor clean, presentable and guest-ready throughout every shift
— Turn a difficult moment into a reason for a guest to come back
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
— At least 1 year of experience as a Server or Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment
— Confident in following detailed steps of service including allergen procedures and managing a busy section
— Warm, genuine and naturally good with people — a guest should feel looked after not just served
— Calm under pressure — a packed Saturday brunch does not faze you
— A team player who steps up without being asked
— Reliable, professional and present — always
— A desire to grow — this is the important one
