LOVECRUMBS is looking for a manager! (because apparently coffee shops don’t run themselves).
we’re on the hunt for a manager for our cafe on West Port, to start mid-end June.
you‘ll be:
*running day-to-day stuff without ruining the vibe (we’re very much a third-place kind of space so we really focus on everyone having a good time).
*dealing with stock, suppliers, and the occasional tiny disaster.
*chatting to regulars like they’re mates, because they basically are.
*ensuring espresso and milk are on point. because what’s the point of coffee otherwise?
you’ll need:
*coffee experience (you must be able to dial-in, understand espresso extraction and milk texture, please do not apply if you don't have speciality coffee experience).
*managerial experience, be it as supervisor or manager.
*a can-do attitude and fab vibes.
