We require a reliable person to work as a Care Assistant at our Residential Care Home in Hull.
You must be a caring and patient person, who can demonstrate a strong understanding of what dignity and respect means. This is very important.
Experience working in a residential care setting is preferred.
Qualifications are not required, and training will be provided, but having some in-date training and/or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
The role includes: Looking after our residents to the highest possible standards, working on your own initiative, following policies and procedures, following instructions accurately and good record keeping and communication skills.
An enhanced DBS is required for this position.
