ANN Events Hire is a leading luxury event décor and hire company specialising in Asian weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We are looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Florist to join our growing team.
We're searching for someone who sees floristry as an art form—someone with a genuine passion for flowers, an eye for detail, and the ability to create innovative, luxury floral designs that leave a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities
- Design and create stunning fresh and artificial floral arrangements for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and private celebrations.
- Develop innovative and bespoke floral concepts tailored to each client's vision.
- Create luxury floral installations, including mandap florals, stage backdrops, entrance displays, centrepieces, bridal bouquets, floral arches, and statement pieces.
- Stay ahead of current floral trends and introduce fresh, creative ideas and new design concepts.
- Work closely with clients and the events team to transform venues into unforgettable spaces.
- Install and dismantle floral décor at venues across London and the surrounding areas.
- Ensure every floral display is completed to the highest standard with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain and care for fresh flowers to ensure maximum quality and longevity.
- Manage flower stock, supplies, and equipment.
- Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well maintained.
Requirements
- Previous florist experience is preferred.
- Experience in wedding and event floristry is highly desirable.
- A true passion for the art of floral design with a creative and innovative mindset.
- A strong eye for colour, balance, texture, and luxury styling.
- Ability to create bespoke floral arrangements that exceed client expectations.
- Confident working independently and as part of a creative team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional quality.
Working Hours
Due to the nature of the events industry, flexibility is essential.
This role requires working unsocial hours, including:
- Early morning starts to prepare fresh floral arrangements.
- Late-night venue installations and collections.
- Evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Long shifts during busy wedding periods.
As many of our weddings take place on weekends, flexibility and commitment are essential to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
