England's Lane is seeking a Kitchen Assistant

We are well established café in Belsize Park (NW3) made up of a talented and hardworking team. Our mission is to make our customer community feel, special, connected, and delighted by our coffee and food standards every time.
As a team we work hard to deliver this and have a lot of fun along the way. We are now looking for a senior chef de parties to join our team.
What you will do
- preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- assisting with the management of health and safety
- assisting with management of food hygiene practices
- monitoring portion and waste control
- overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
About you
- You are a people person and love connecting with people and bring a smile to them
- Hardworking, team player, no job is too big or small attitude
- Stays calm and collected during busy periods
- minimum one year kitchen experience
