Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including kitchen, restaurant, and bar areas
- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with various departments and staff members
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create menus and ensure food quality
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in bartending techniques and familiar with various types of beverages
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
