The Role: We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Front of House Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the face of our venue, helping create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Whether serving in the café bar, keeping communal areas spotless, or greeting cinema-goers with a smile, you’ll play a key part in our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm
- Serve food and drinks in the café bar
- Maintain cleanliness in all customer areas, including WCs
- Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Represent The Highland Cinema with pride and positivity
