Are you a GDC-registered Periodontist looking to establish or expand a high-volume specialist referral list within a reputable, well-established practice?
44 Dental Care is seeking a dedicated, skilled Periodontist to join our central Leicester practice. We benefit from a strong internal patient pipeline and an active, trusting referral network of General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) across the region.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage complex periodontal cases and peri-implantitis therapies, fully supported by our experienced clinical and hygiene/therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and non-surgical/surgical periodontal treatments.
- Perform mucogingival surgery, regenerative procedures, and management of peri-implant diseases.
- Formulate structured periodontal maintenance plans in coordination with practice hygienists.
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with referring GDPs.
Requirements
- GDC Registration (On the GDC Specialist Register for Periodontics preferred, or a Dentist with formal MSc/MClinDent qualification and demonstrable practice limited to Periodontics).
- Valid Indemnity Cover.
- Enhanced DBS Check.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused clinical ethos.
