We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Aroy D.
No previous kitchen experience is required. Full training will be provided, and you’ll learn all areas of the job including cooking, food prep, preparing and handing out orders, customer service and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
The role is varied and hands-on, so we’re looking for someone reliable, friendly and happy to get involved with whatever needs doing.
The Role
You’ll be trained to:
- Prepare and cook food
- Complete daily food prep
- Prepare and hand out customer orders
- Help the team during busy service periods
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
- Check and restock supplies
- Provide friendly customer service
Who We’re Looking For

Hours
9am–7pm4 days per week.
Approximately 40 paid hours per week
1-hour paid break each shift
The longer shifts mean you’ll work your full-time hours across 4 days, with 3 days off each week.
Shifts are scheduled Monday to Saturday.
Saturday shifts are rotated between the team, so you’ll usually work around one Saturday per month.

Location
The role is based at RAF Mildenhall.
As the workplace is located on a US military base, successful applicants will need to complete the required security clearance and base access process.
Pay
Starting rate: £12.71 per hour
Pay is reviewed after the 3-month probationary period, with further increases based on performance, reliability and progression.

วันและเวลาทำงาน
