We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator (qualified Level 2 and above in Early Years - essential). We welcome applications from those with relevant experience as Early Years Teachers, Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Nurses. Pay scales are higher for those with Early Years Teacher Status.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:
· Plan, deliver, and evaluate play based, child led activities tailored to developmental stages and interests
· Contribute to planning and evaluation of activities
· Build strong partnerships with parents/carers and contribute to key person responsibilities
· Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to our award winning culture
· Provide an inclusive environment for colleagues, children and visitors
· Safeguard the children: safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Early Years Educator (qualified Level 2 and above in Early Years - essential)
· Minimum 1 year childcare/early years experience (required)
· Positive attitude & able to work year round
· Suitable references and enhanced DBS checks
Nice to Have
· Room or key person experience; SEN support exposure
· Forest School interest/experience
