Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play and exploration
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development by fostering positive relationships
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and daily experiences
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and activities
- Lead by example in promoting good behavior, manners, and respect among children
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment that encourages continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Demonstrated management and leadership abilities to guide young learners and support team initiatives
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices in early years education
- Valid driving license is preferred for transportation duties or outreach activities
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
