We are currently seeking a Vehicle Recovery Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting stricken vehicles to various locations in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring proper securing of items
- Communicate effectively with controllers and customers
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist with yard duties when not driving
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Skills:
- Hold a valid commercial driving licence and CPC
- Proficient in driving and navigating various routes
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Recovery Driver is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance (jump starts, wheel changes etc.)

We are currently recruiting for 4 on 4 off rota, 7am - 7pm (day shift).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
