Join Our Growing UK Fleet – CTV Masters (200GT and 500GT CoC Required)
We’re expanding our UK operations and are looking for experienced and motivated Masters (CoC holders) to join our fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) from July 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take command in a fast-growing operation supporting the offshore wind industry—where safety, leadership, and performance are at the core of everything we do.
The Role
As a CTV Master, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, leading your crew in a dynamic offshore environment. You’ll oversee the transfer of technicians, personnel, and cargo between vessels and offshore installations, while maintaining high operational standards and a strong safety culture onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations at all times
- Lead and manage the onboard crew, promoting a positive and proactive safety culture
- Oversee the safe transfer of personnel and cargo to turbines and SOVs
- Ensure compliance with SMS procedures, company policies, and IMO regulations
- Maintain accurate logs, reporting, and communication with Company, Client, and MCC
- Plan and manage vessel operations in line with weather, operational demands, and client requirements
- Coordinate closely with engineers to ensure vessel performance and reliability
- Ensure compliance with all Flag State, Port, and local regulations
Required Certification & Qualifications
We are specifically seeking Masters holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC):
- Master <500 GT (STCW II/2, II/3) or higher
- Non-UK CoC holders must have MCA UK FSE
- Valid GMDSS GOC/ROC Radio Operator Certificate
- Valid ENG1 Medical
- Valid Passport (UK & EU travel)
- Right to work in the UK
STCW Basic Safety Training (in date, <4 years):
- Personal Survival Techniques (A-VI/1-1)
- Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (A-VI/1-2)
- Elementary First Aid (A-VI/1-3)
- Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities (A-VI/1-4)
STCW Advanced Training (in date, <4 years):
- Medical Care On Board (A-VI/4-2)
- Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (A-VI/2-1)
- Fast Rescue Boats (A-VI/2-2)
- Advanced Fire Fighting (A-VI/3)

Pay: £340.71-£383.57 per day
