Are you passionate about using data, insight and evaluation to drive meaningful change? We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance & Evaluation Officer to help shape how we measure success, evaluate impact and improve outcomes across the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Policy, Insight & Performance team, supporting the delivery of high-quality evaluation, corporate performance reporting and evidence-based decision making.
?? What you'll be doing

?? Lead and support programme and project evaluations across the organisation.

?? Produce corporate performance reports for senior leaders, Boards and Committees.

?? Commission and quality assure external research and evaluation projects.

?? Analyse and interpret complex data to influence policy, strategy and decision making.
? We're looking for someone who has

Experience delivering evaluation, performance reporting or analytical work.

Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.

Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS (or similar).
