Whether you've recently finished college, have some office experience, or are looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
No two days are the same, and you'll be supported by an experienced team who are happy to help you learn and develop.
Location - This role is flexible to work at our Ringwood or Wimborne office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running payroll end to end for a variety of businesses.
- Payroll registrations and agent authorisation.
- Helping with bookkeeping using cloud accounting software.
- Managing workplace pension submissions.
- Preparing client invoices and assisting with billing.
- Sorting and managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Supporting the team with general office administration.
- Speaking with clients by phone and email, building great relationships.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
- Is organised and has a good eye for detail.
- Likes solving problems and learning new skills.
- Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Wants to build a long-term career in accountancy and finance.
- Has payroll or bookkeeping experience (great if you do, but it's not essential—we'll teach you).
