Office Administrator – Onecall Distribution
Onecall Distribution, a growing action sports products distributor, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator, to become an integral member of our team. Our office is located in Solihull, West Midlands.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Australian head-office, and Heads of Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks for a growing distribution network. This is a hands-on, exciting position, with an emphasis on attention to detail and communication.

- The ability to develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for distribution warehouses.
- The ability to manage inventory, including but not limited to, forecasting and analysis for distribution warehouses.
Financial:
- Proficient experience with Sage 200 Professional and QuickBooks Online.
- Experience working with international currencies, namely USD and EUR, and processing them through accounts.
- Full understanding of financial reports, with the ability to analysis data effectively.
- The ability to develop budgets.
- The ability to analysis reports, monitor changes in profitability, and the ability to implement changes to ensure maximum profitability.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Quick Books Online and Sage 200 Professional.
- Experience with supply chain logistics.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the successful candidate. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
