Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences
- Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Support training initiatives related to hospitality, food production, serving techniques, and safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate food production to meet demand efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food production
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving, barista work, or hotel hospitality roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards guest service
- Prior experience with kitchen operations or culinary experience is highly desirable
