Pay Rate: £8.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 39 hours per week

Are you looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career? Mitie Property Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Painter & Decorator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Painting & Decorating qualification. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning all aspects of the trade across a variety of projects throughout the region.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Painter & Decorator, you'll receive full training and support whilst developing practical skills, including:

Internal and external painting and decorating works.

Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling and minor repair works.

Learning how to use painting and decorating tools, materials and equipment safely and effectively.

Assisting with the erection and use of access equipment following appropriate training.

Setting up access plant, protective coverings and temporary screening where required.

Maintaining decorating materials and equipment to ensure efficient working practices.

Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting customer expectations.

Working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
