Collective Property Management CO. are a rapidly growing company providing freehold management as well as lettings and management services.
We are currently seeking an Onsite Facilities Manager to join our friendly and supportive team working from a modern building in our every growing portfolio of properties.
This role is based in the Liverpool city centre area.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
The successful person will be responsible for making sure that the facilities are well kept on a day-to-day level and that any tenant issues are resolved or reported.
It is important that the successful candidate has experience of:
- Customer service
- Onsite facilities management in block residential management
- Carrying out on site inspections
- Maintaining health and safety
As well as having:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
In addition, we are seeking someone who is a good team worker, friendly, reliable and who takes pride in doing a job well.
