We are looking to recruit 1 x Security Officer
Pay Rate: £14.33 Per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off - 6am-6pm
Role Purpose
· To provide a physical security presence ensuring staff feel welcomed and safe whilst at work.
Role Responsibilities
*CCTV Licence Required and Door Supervisor/ Security Guarding Licence Required*
**Previous retail or shopping centre security experience is preferred**
Job Description
- Ensuring the safety and security of the centre ensuring highest levels of customer service as this is a front facing role.
- Managing a team of security officers which includes return to works, managing rotas and supporting the security contract manager.
- Ensure your team is professional in line with premier standards and code of conduct.
- Responding to emergencies within the centre.
- Liaising with 3rd parties such as emergency services and other central functions.
