You’ll be working with pupils with a range of additional needs, creating engaging lessons, building confidence, and helping students achieve milestones that matter both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
- Work closely with teaching assistants, families and wider support teams
- Use creative approaches to help every learner make progress
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience teaching within an SEN environment (or a strong passion for supporting pupils with additional needs)
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Is patient, resilient and passionate about making a difference
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Brings energy, creativity and a commitment to inclusive education
