Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Project Administrator to support our project management and operational teams. This role involves coordinating various projects, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to complex projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient delivery and operational excellence.
This varied role combines project administration, data management, fleet coordination and PPE stock control, making is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a fast paced environment and can confidently manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Project Manager with day to day project administration
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of the company databases and systems
- Preparing project documentation, reports and spreadsheets.
- Managing electronic filing systems and project records
- assisting with scheduling and coordination of project activities
- Monitoring company fleet records and vehicle documentation
- Tracking vehicle compliance and ensuring records remain up to date
- Managing PPE stock levels across the business
- Issuing PPE to employees and keeping accurate records
- Liaising with suppliers, employees and external contractors. Arranging letter drops
- General office administration and support duties
Requirements
- Strong IT and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent data entry and administrative abilities
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Professional communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience with Fleet management, stock control and/or project support an advantage.
