ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Advisor to join our growing Client Service Team working Monday to Friday.
This is a fast-paced operational role where you will act as the key link between our clients and internal departments, supporting fulfilment, co-packing and production activities from onboarding through to day-to-day operational delivery.
The successful candidate will manage client communication, coordinate operational activities, support onboarding and system management, and ensure high levels of service, accuracy and client satisfaction at all times.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working within fulfilment, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or operational customer service environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage client communication via email, phone and operational systems.
- Build strong and professional client relationships.
- Resolve service issues and escalate operational concerns where required.
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding orders, production and fulfilment activity.
- Participate in client meetings and service review discussions.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients from sales handover through to go-live.
- Configure and maintain accurate client information within operational systems including Mintsoft and Nulogy.
- Raise and manage works orders, fulfilment requests and operational activities.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Production and Transport teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Monitor stock movements, order progress and operational timelines.
- Escalate operational risks, delays or stock concerns promptly.
Commercial Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and rate cards.
- Support billing accuracy and resolution of invoice queries.
- Maintain operational trackers and client reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Service Delivery function.
- Assist with maintaining operational procedures and documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within Client Services, Customer Service, Account Management or Operational Support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination capability.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within fulfilment, logistics, warehousing, co-packing or manufacturing environments.
- Experience using Mintsoft, Nulogy or similar operational systems.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes.
