Residential Conveyancing Lawyer / Paralegal / Assistant
Salary: £27,000 – £50,000+ DOE

We are looking to recruit residential property candidates at various levels, from Conveyancing Assistants and Paralegals through to experienced Fee Earners, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Solicitors, or Conveyancing Lawyers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive and busy property team. The role can be tailored depending on experience, with opportunities available for both support-level candidates and those able to manage their own caseload.
The Role
Depending on experience, duties may include:
- Assisting with or managing a caseload of residential property transactions
- Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
- Opening files, issuing client care documentation, and carrying out ID/AML checks
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Ordering and reviewing searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other solicitors
- Preparing completion statements and assisting with exchange and completion
- Post-completion work, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Providing high-quality client care throughout the transaction
The Candidate

- Conveyancing Assistants

- Licensed Conveyancers
- Chartered Legal Executives
- Solicitors / Conveyancing Lawyers
You should have:
- Previous experience within residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines and work in a busy environment
- A client-focused approach
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
