An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Leisure team at Kelling Heath Holiday Park.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in the health and fitness industry to join the team as a Leisure Professional with a view for career progression. This would be an ideal opportunity if you have a desire to progress within the leisure industry, and ultimately keen to take a first step in a supervisory role and to take on more responsibility for operations and duty management (subject to a suitable vacancy arising).
A successful Leisure Professional will enjoy working with people and possess excellent standards of customer care and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to work. You will enjoy being able to make a difference to our guests and members throughout the health club, offering a warm and friendly welcome, as well as providing motivation to gym users.
The responsibilities of a Leisure Professional include:
- Carrying out reception duties including taking membership enquiries;
- Meeting and greeting members and holiday park guests;
- Pool lifeguarding;
- Offering advice and guidance to gym users;
- Be committed to ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the leisure club;
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure a friendly, fun and safe environment for members, guests and colleagues.

- Competent swimmer
We operate a 7-day shift pattern and shifts will include working evenings and weekends.
The possession of current Pool Lifeguard (NPLQ) qualification would be a distinct advantage, however full training and support to achieve this is available for the right candidate. N.B. candidates will be asked to perform a swimming assessment as part of the selection process.
