Make a direct impact on reducing loneliness and social isolation across Walsall. This Social Connector role offers the chance to help residents build meaningful connections whilst developing partnerships that strengthen entire communities.
You'll work with individuals, families, volunteers, healthcare professionals and community organisations as part of the Making Connections programme in Walsall.

Provide person-centred support to help people access local activities and services
